Hey, Jeffrey Baker didn't write mod_perl or the mod_perl test suite.
Why pick on him? He's just trying to help. What he said was that failed tests
don't necessarily mean the server won't work.

We're looking forward to your contributions: bug reports, patches,
whatever. However when someone reports a failure of some sort on this
list, it's not all that easy to turn that into a fix.

We never are, in fact that's why many people bother to send in bug reports and
