If you have linked Embperl for usage with mod_perl, it does calls the
several functions of the Apache API, so it need ApacheCore.dll (on Unix the
library is only loaded when the function actually called, on NT it's loaded
on programm startup). Make sure you really have the the correct path in your
PATH to the correct ApacheCore.dll.
Does the "nmake test" works correct? If yes, it must work this way, because
the Embperl test do nothingelse to get offline mode working.
