that's strange, it's supposed to parse both, see apache_request.c :
int ApacheRequest_parse_urlencoded(ApacheRequest *req)
{
request_rec *r = req->r;
int rc = OK;
if (r->method_number == M_POST) {
... parse POST body ...
}
if (r->args) {
... parse query string ...
}
return OK;
}
