I was looking through Registry and RegistryBB today and noticed
something that strikes me as broken. In Apache::RegistryBB when you access a
directory it returns FORBIDDEN, but in Registry it returns DECLINED. The
consiquenses of this seem pretty broken and backwards to the "Apache/mod_perl
way" of things, but maybe that's just me.
Anybody care to comment as to why this is? Any chance of getting the
official source changed to return DECLINED instead of FORBIDDEN?
