whoops - I missed that one (looks recent, too :)
actually, since posting the code I've expanded it to itterate through notes
and pnotes as well, and started making it object oriented so it can either
default to the handler and make Perl*Handler phase choices for you, or you
can call any of the dump routines on the fly...
do these sound like value added features? Should they be incorporated into
DumpHeaders or do the warrant their own module? I renamed the one I am
working on Apache::DebugLog...
