Note that mod_perl + Linux is much faster than mod_perl + NT,
so you might want to look at:

No db access stuff, no time, of course on Linux you would
probably use a free MySQL database, which would blow Access
away on any kind of decent queries.
I think my main point is that while mod_perl works under
Win32, it works better under Linux,*BSD, so you should
really compare things that way if you have the ability
to pick your OS.
