YOu should be able to pod-ify Embperl documents like any other documents.
pod2html is not very smart, so maybe you first start with the pod in a
separate file until you know pod2html likes it, then put it back in the
EMbperl file and make sure the pod directives really starts at column zero
(and pod2html doesn't like \r at all)
