If not, your Perl PATH is not set. Try setting your system environment via:
right-click on My Computer and select Properties, then set the System environment PATH variable by clicking on the Environment tab.
I think running set from the DOS terminal only sets you current session and does not set the System wide environment.. (i think???)

but apache gives me the same error. @INC is only consisting of
C:\winnt\system32\lib which isn't even in my Path environment variable. I
have no idea where Apache is getting its @INC from at startup..Thanks though :(
