[Sorry for the list intrusion if I'm barking in wrong forum. We use
mysqltool under mod_perl internally while developing database
backed mod_perl apps, and have generally heard that other people find it

MysqlTool provides a web interface for managing one or more mysql server
installations. Designed as a graphical alternative to the mysql command
line program, it supports most administrative and user tasks. It is
licensed under the GNU's GPL, and is a fairly complete application.

I personally use MysqlTool in same fashion as I've seen VB/ASP
developers use the database view from within InterDev, but that's just
