Make sure that your PerlRequire comes BEFORE you actually want to 'use' the
module in your httpd.conf
Alternately, you could unshift(@INC, '/path/to/module') in your startup.pl

I have a line in my httpd.conf:
PerlRequire /path/to/startup.pl
In startup.pl I have this line:
use lib '/path/to/module';
This is not being added to my @INC like it should. Any
thoughts?
