template toolkit compile test problems

 Hi,

 I d/l the Template Toolkit via CPAN on make test

t/filter.t fails 19 of 126 tests with:

make: *** [ test_dynamic ] Error 29

any idea's?

also could someone send me an example of a working httpd.conf with the Template
entries?
