I downloaded IndigoPerl. I started the Apache server and it says at the top of it
[warn] pid file c:/unzipped/indigoperl5-6/logs/gttpd.pid overwritten -- unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?
Apache/1.3.20 (Win32) mod_perl1.25 running...
but when I try to type something it doesn't respond. Should I uninstall the program and reinstall it and unzip it differently? What does the unclean shut down mean?
