Apache:SSI & mod_include wont work..

Hi, i know i miss out something here..
I installed Apache w/module mod_perl, mod_php w/mod_* (all-apache)


I also add

<Directory "/usr/local/httpd/htdocs">
    Options +ExecCGI +Includes
</Directory>


    AddType text/html .shtml
    AddHandler server-parsed .shtml




And, still didnt work :(


Any ideas??
