You mean, you missed it, since it's there: http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/user/help/help.html#Important_Information
I will certainly use t/REPORT in the future until mp2bug is part of the distro.
it's actually in the distro (outdated META tag), i just need to make it working before 'make install', as now it works only post 'make install'.
Perhaps that instruction could be more, um, blatant?
patches to improve things are always welcome.
