I went through the pain of installing all these prerequisited just to run your handlers, but it works just fine for me. I've tried to match the perl-5.8.0 build and the only difference I think is that I used the latest modperl from cvs. Also all the latest xml/xslt libs. Let me know if you want me to provide you some info about the used components.
Actually, no, I do get the segfault, which is good. I forgot that I need to run it several times. More on this later...
