which contains issues we think must be resolved before we release mod_perl 2.0.
Which now makes it very easy to answer the question: when 2.0 will be released. The answer is: when this file (modperl-2.0/todo/release) becomes empty.
You can help to empty it and bring the release to an earlier date by implementing things in it and posting the patches here.
Also take your time to review the list and if you think something important is missing let us know. there are quite a few other things that need to be implemented, listed in other files under modperl-2.0/todo/, but most of these issues can wait, until after 2.0 release.
