Ken, in order to accept your code, it should be either posted here without any copyright notices in the post (which automatically makes it a public domain), explicit public domain notice or you must fax a Contributor and Corporate License Agreements: http://www.apache.org/licenses/#clas.

IMHO, I'd suggest to drop all the copyright notes and post it here in clear. It'd be silly to copyright something that has no IP in it. But YMMV.
