Hi,
I've got a suggestion for a new directive for mod_perl (1, preferably, because I use it):
PerlEnable on|off Context: everywhere but .htaccess
Basically, it could be used to completely disable mod_perl. It would be most useful (for me) in UserDirs, with something like:
<LocationMatch ^/~> PerlEnable off </LocationMatch>
to prevent users from using .htaccess files to install their PerlHandlers and running code inside Apache's webspace.
