Whenever I edit a file, like peter.pm, I reload the Perl application in my browser, the change doesn't take effect. I must re-start Apache, then, voila, the changes appear.
Is there a setting I can change to make modperl look to see if Perl files have changed so I don't have to keep re-starting Apache?
