One can use ppm directly to install this:
C:\> ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/mod_perl.ppd
for Apache/2.2, or
C:\> ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/mod_perl-2.0.ppd
for Apache/2.0. These should also run a post-install
script to fetch the mod_perl.so, to be placed in your
Apache2 modules directory. If you're using ActivePerl
819, with the ppm gui, note that packages that with
post-install scripts must be installed via the
command-line.
If for some reason you need the ppd file
directly, you can get
