We developed an EPP server application with Apache and mod-perl. It is Implemented as an connection handler PerlProcessConnectionHandler EPP::Connection When you connect to the server, the server is supposed to send a greeting message before the client sends any data. On Ubuntu Dapper with Apache 2.0.x and mod-perl 2.0.2 everything works fine. On Hardy with Apache 2.2.4 and mod-perl 2.0.3 the connection handler gets Called only after the client has sent the first byte.
