hey this is not a mod_perl issue, it's a perl issue. so you need to think about what version of perl lies under your mod perl and then use your favorite search engine and type in 'perl $VERSION unicode' and get busy. [$VERSION is the perl version] or you could start here: http://perldoc.perl.org/perlunicode.html i think you're going to have to handle alot of this yourself ... bonne chance.
