        That's excellent!  I am looking forward to the continued support for 
newer versions of Apache HTTPd server as they are released since I 
use it extensively as well.

        One thing I've been doing to help is to promote mod_perl2 when it's 
appropriate.  Here's an example of one of my web sites where I make 
mention of mod_perl2 on the "technology we use" web page:

        If more people made mention of using ModPerl, then I think that in 
the long-run it can be beneficial because it encourages more people 
to take an interest in it.  (I realize that this isn't a direct way 
to help in the manner that you're asking about, but I am hoping that 
you will consider doing something like this if you aren't already.)
