I'm trying to upgrade my application from Apache 2.2.22(Debian 7) to Apache 2.4.10(Debian 8) and I'm running into some truly weird behaviors that I'm having trouble tracking down. I'm not sure if it's a bug in my code(most likely) or a bug in mod_perl.
