The connection patches are in - but the auth patch cannot go in until
the httpd-2.0 piece is applied, otherwise the mod_proxy compile will
break.
The auth patch and the 1.0to1.1 patch are outstanding I think - I
haven't seen anyone sort either of these two yet (though I might have
missed it).
