Hi all,
I've separated all the proxy protocol modules into free standing
modules.
Please test this for me to see if this builds properly and works. Using
--enable-proxy you also enable the three protocol modules, any further
modules would need to be enabled by doing --enable-proxy-ldap or
--enable-proxy-sql.
Don't forget to do a ./buildconf so the build scripts are updated.
