Use mod_proxy's reverse proxy capability. On machine A, configure your
virtual hosts that you need to be accessible to the net. On each virtual
host, add the following config:

ProxyPass               /       http://machineB.virtual.host/
ProxyPassReverse        /       http://machineB.virtual.host/
