Here's something I just thought about a bit. What should a caching HTTP proxy do in the case of an "infinitely long" HTTP GET? As in an encapsulated media stream.

Buffering some predetermined amount (to be delivered in case the origin server is down) looks like a solution technically, but I'm not sure about legally at this point.
