The mod_proxy full source 4/day CVS snapshots at
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/httpd-proxy/
will contain apr and apr-util starting with the next build (1500 PDT). They should also be ./configure-able. Size increase of the .tar.gz is ~0.9 Mb.
