Opening up this months copy of Scootering found me delighted to find it
was the IOW review issue.....with a flattering review of our Fab 5 boys from
San Francisco, The Nick Rossi Set,...if I may quote Matthew Braim
"This evenings band was the Nick Rossi Set, from San Francisco, California. I
had seen them in San Diego as had Rob Bailey from the New Untouchables.
Whilst I was impressed their slick, cool Georgie fame sound, Rob was
mesmerized, rarely have I seen him like that. So over to England it was. They
were great. Covers included
'Fool Killer','Like we used to be' , 'Everything is going to be alright',
'Fat Judy' to name but a few. The crowd were either dancing or were
gobsmacked. I loved it, the crowd loved it, and Rob just had a huge grin on
his face the whole set."
