Speaking of Sta-prest, the vintage variety seems to be easily found in 
midwest America. I found a great pair of white, blue, and mustard hipsters at 
a vintage shop in Chicago for $5! (the price tag said $14, but I didn't 
realize until later that the sales person misread the size for the price, oh 
well!) I also recently found a pink and navy striped pair in Minneapolis. 
Both are flared a bit much for my taste, but that can be easily remedied with 
20 minutes at the sewing machine...
