RE:Mohawks. I've been spending the last two years trying to get anything by
them (being a BIG fan of Alan Hawkshaw and all the other Brit
muzak/kitsch/easy stuff...) and by coincidence the phone rang last night and
it was a cat in Ohio telling me I'd won a copy of The Mohawk's "Champ" in a
record auction I'd bid on. Do I recall some chat going on awhile back about
a vinyl bootleg of the lp or am I dreaming?
I've never seen the lp for sale anyplace, in fact the only guy I know who
has it inherited his from deceased mate who got his in the 80's.
