This is true and like anything, there is a choice. I was vegan for 10 years.
I found it extremely difficult to remain true vegan once I left school and
had to fend for myself. Making the right combinations to meet your
nutritional goals is pretty. Kudos to those who do it though.

I WAS vegan-vegetarian for five years, and my philosophy was free will.
