New Year's Eve Plans - Portland

I know there are maybe two other people who read the list who live or
have lived in Portland Oregon, but I'll shoot anyway.

Does anyone from Portland Oregon have any good plans for New Year's Eve,
which a minor (such as myself) could tag along with? (Glancing at Alexis
