OK, one more time, and I will be re-writing this part of the FAQ to make
this more clear. As it is written now:

2. Virus postings

Virus alerts are bogus 9 out of 10 times. If you are unsure as to what it
is you're about to send to the list, a good rule of thumb is to just NOT
send it. If you want a second opinion, try checking out
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ or emailing me first.

It will be changed to:

2. Virus postings

Do not under any circumstances post Virus alerts to the modslist. Not only
are they bogus 9 times out of 10, they are also a nuisance. Messages with
forwarded headers often corrupt mailboxes, there are many other ways to
find information regarding viruses, and there is simply no place for them
on the modslist. If you receive a virus warning in your personal email,
the best thing to do is check it out at Symantec's Virus Research Center,
the URL is:

        http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/

If you have any questions or if there is anything you don't understand
about this, please email me personally.
