Asking for Assistance

I have just joined the list, so excuse if this sounds like a 
basic/obvious ask for assistance...

Can anyone give any me any info on:

a. the definitive Mod book? If so, who is it by, what is it called etc..

b. a decent compilation of Hammond grooves?

c. any knowledge of decent Mod/Mod-related nights out in the 
north/north east of England?
