Hmm... in reference to "which is better Boston or
Chicago".. My question is, which is the best all round
US city in which to be a MOD?
I think I would base my choices on: Scooter friendly
motorways, good public transit (all night, fast and
frequent), "actions" proximity to the best places to
live, record stores, clothes shops, distance from city
to next best Mod city, cost of living and climate
extremes.
