Davey, as much as I would like to vote for Toronto, and it does get quite a few points for record shopping (how are the prices at Kopps/Vortex?) and summer weather. Vancouver still has the nicest weather year round tho, fewer roaches, the best transit, the most coffee bars, is the most scooter friendly (in town anyway), but agreed, does lack in great record shopping and clubs. I will not be moving to TO ( Tee Oh or Toronto for all you outsiders)anytime soon. Let me know when the Leafs drop their ticket prices. Winnipeg aka "The Chicago of The North," "Muddy Waters" "Loserpeg" is a sad fucking place in the winter and so loses points because, even tho MODS love "parkas", with the kind of parkas we wear here the goose down leaves little feathers all over yer MOHAIR! And the footwear! Don't get me started. Yep Jeff, Portland is apparently way down. I guess yer on yer own! As for Chicago, I've only been downtown (beautiful buildings but lonely at night) and on the commuter train (too many 'burbs that don't look very safe..).. Must be a great town for record shopping tho?! What about Pittsburgh? Anybody? Eddie, any votes or insight on Detroit? Brian, Atlanta? Murder city? Anja, San Diego? Lee, NY? Corin, Boston?
