Certainly in the context of much sixties music, it can be pretty
difficult to even remember what was a hit (Northern soul is stuffed full
of none-hit wonders, after all).

I think (at least if you only consider the pop charts rather than R&B)
that the following are one-hit wonders:
Darrell Banks "Open the Door to Your Heart" 
Tyrone Davis "Can I Change My Mind" (I think, although he had quite a
few R&B hits)
Capitols "Cool Jerk"
Robert Parker "Barefooting" 

And hundreds more, I'm sure
