Davy, Davy Davy...I know exactly who wrote that. It's Erik Larsen .....
humiliated so many times that he regularly disappears for long stretches out of
embarrassment that people at SF clubs will laugh at him. Currently he is hiding
in the
East Bay and hasn't been seen out in SF in months after a particularly embarassing
episode.
This is the guy who fucks other people's girlfriends, RECORDS it on audio tape,
MAKES and DISTRIBUTES COPIES of it, and plays the tape at a party IN FRONT
OF THE GIRL'S BOYFRIEND! Of course he gets beat up. I think he enjoys it
actually. High Class Individual. Am I surprised you're friends with him? Not at
all.
Erik is the geek outcast that is for sure. Failed as a skinhead (they laughed at
him),
failed as a mod (same), now trying his hand at britpop/indie. I see he found his
mentor.
I've NEVER BEEN to the Ruby Room in Oakland (which is what he is referring to....)
I think Carlos and Sean have been there...I've known about it for a long time
actually Davy. Erik would love to think that we're all dying to go there I'm
sure.
Frankly, I find the East Bay rather boring and only make it over there about once
every
four months. Plenty to do in SF without crossing the bridge....even without Erik
Larsen
