Yes Adam,
I know We Ragazzi. They were a very good band,(for those of you that haven't
heard them, I recommend buying their album) a 3 piece, Farfisa, Drum &
Guitar. Lead guy sounds like a cross between uh..., we'll.... he wants to be
Ian Svenonious from Make-up. But they are really smoothe. It's very sexy
music.
We Ragazzi broke up mid tour this summer on their way to New Orleans I
believe. I think because of the singer.
I've known the drummer for years, she is one of the best female
percussionists in Chicago, almost as good as the girl from Unwound. Aliyanah
has just recently been adopted by a Chicago Skin Graft band, Mount Shasta.
I'm very exited to see what that does for her.
