I've noticed that in San Francisco the scenes are separate, to a certain extent. But then you have the scooter riding mods and ex-mods around who go to the rallies and ride their Lambrettas (ok, and Vespas - gotta be fair) to shows and dance nights all the time. In Seattle things are a lot like Denver. The scooter kids and mods tend to hang out together and most are friends or at least friendly with each other.
