i had a weird encounter with a so called "mod" in
atlanta last night.
I was walking out to my car, from a popular bar in
atlanta... when this guy followed me (though he
pretended not to) and started yelling "volvo" at me.
Cos thats what i drive. I had a few mod orientated
stickers on my car.. (lambretta, vespa, the who)...
and he started to ramble on and on about how he was a
mod but hated mods here in atlanta...because they are
what he calls "faggot mods"..and he is a "hard mod".
In the course of a few minuites he rambled on about
how the scooters of the "hitler youth" were the
greatest, made fun of some local mods scooters, how
the british flag is like the swaztica..speed...and was
well, just a stuttering mess. We started going on
about Pills and faggots again..so i was like...er
"youve seen Quadrophenia a few too many times
kiddo"..and he was like "DAmn right!"... very weird.
I meant it as an insult. Anyhow. I made the mistake
of giving him my real name...im scared. Oh well.
HE was wearing a fred perry sweater, light colour
jeans, and a steel plated belt.. but he said he
"fucking hates skinheads"
what is going on with this guy???
-im going to enter the "mods protection agency now"
