After having the much anticipated New York's finest Influenza A over
the New Years holiday. (3, 2, 1... I am dying!) I have to say I am
now one with the soup.

In the past I have been a big Cambell's Canned soup fan. But after
getting the fatty piece of noodles that just makes you gag I refuse
to touch it. Now I am strictly dry soup. At first in the Midwest it
was the classic Mrs. Grass chicken flavored noodle. Now I have
migrated back to the Cambell's line of dry soups. Because 1. I
can't find Mrs. Grass in NYC.. and 2. I figure Cambell's bought them
out. So now its Cambell's dry chicken flavored noodle soup.

Highlights of this soup.

1. Easy to make
2. Lasts long and is not bulky. You can literally take it anywhere
in its dry state.
3. You have a good 10 to 1 noodle to broth ratio.

I highly recommend this.

I am also very partial to Baked french onion soup. This is however a
very touchy subject because temperature is very important. No one
wants to eat it when the soup is luke warm and the cheese has
solidified on top of the soup.

A suggestion.

For those in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn who, like me, can not
always wait for sunday brunch for the eggs benidict or floratine. My
I suggest the 24-hours of love the Grecian Corner delivers.
