If a new car is absolutely needed then I think the Ferrari Maranello has a
definite 60's Aston influence and well worth the money. If money is an
object then the BMW Z8 follows in the same vein in my opinion. If money is
a bit of a problem then the Audi a4 sedan or a6 wagon are very sleek (the
TT seems to kitsch for me) and stylish. If money is a big issue than it
doesn't matter what you get, it ain't going to be mod. And yes, it is a
given that any of various 60's models alfas, triumphs, astons, or whatever
are preferred, as long as they are kept in good appearance.
