Why spend all that money on a PIII-700 or a G4 iMAC when you can go down
to the local university's surplus area and get an old DEC VAX PDP11-50
mainframe.  Actually, with the money you saved on this VAX, you could
probably pick up a few hundred DEC VT52
monochrome dumb terminals w/ 2400 baud coupler modems to hand out to all
your mod friends (and still have enough money to get a few more mirrors
for the scooter).
 That way, they can all dialup into your mainframe and everyone be MOD
together in monochrome!

Ok - in reality... I like the BMW Z3, and the Mazda Miata. I might even
buy a Z3 later this spring. 2 seater convertible sportster w. 2.8 litres
of German UBER-engine under the hood. (and a cd-changer in the trunk!).
