Maybe too late the hero on this one but...
I recommend the first three Golden Earrings records ("Just Earrings",
"Winter Harvest" & "Miracle Mirror") which were just lobbed together PLUS
singles tracks on a double CD.
There's the reissue of The Jay Jay's lp which is musically good though sadly
not as decent sounding as the original lp.
The Motions, well I'm VERY partial on them....the "Wonderful Impressions" CD
comp is my fave Dutch beat bits. Q65's "REvolution" lp/CD has it's moments
but too primitive for me, ditto on The Outsiders, in fact I will shortly be
hawking a mint original copy of their first lp on E-bay any week now.....
The two Distortions Cd comps are ace (actually there's three...haven't heard
the psych one, just the one where everything's sung in Dutch/Flemish and the
Dutch one where everyone sings in English). Also good is the old "Havoc From
Holland" lp which I'm told is being reissued with a Scorpions lp.....
