Some more thoughts.. it should probably work as an extension or part of an already registered site or domain, as that makes for easier creation. It should have a section for the European mods and the North American mods, but have the internationalist flare that The Boiler does. A good example of this is The DTK, Untouchables, and of course Eneida's site. you could add different sections based on what people on this list would like to see, i.e. scene reports, record reviews, classifieds in the Boiler style, profiles, etc. This would do well in a frames or java-popup menu deal. Lastly, I can contribute various pics if needbe, in order to contribute to this.
