Lords & Ladies, We here at King's Engligh Central are quite pleased to announce another in the ongoing campaign to slaughter your childr...er, uh, entertain the masses. Our next stop on the road to recove...uh, Greater Success will be the Star Community Bar, located in "scenic" Little Five Points in Atlanta, Georgia. Members of the King's English will be traversing terrain from all over the Metropolitan Atlanta area to make sure the Star Bar speakers are not silent on the evening of January 20, so please try to make an effort to see that the bar and dancefloor are not silent either. We certainly wouldn't want to dry up the bar stock without you! Joining us on lead guitar this time around will be our esteemed reptilian friend, Jeff Adams who some of you surely saw nearly burn down the Star Bar this past Friday with what many report to have been the finest Lizardmen gig EVER. Jeff has assured us that he will play with all the dignity and royal esteem that a King's English audience requires. However, we've assured him he is quite welcome to be himself. We're very happy to have Jeff amongst our ranks for this show. There is still some question as to who we will be playing with, however. Originally scheduled were a wonderful band called The Now, who had to bow out due to scheduling conflicts with Lyle, the man of many bands. The Marianne Faithfuls were then asked to fill in and accepted, then bowed out due to scheduling conflicts. At this point, we suspect that The Rolling Machine may be the new band dujour, but we better just say that we have extra guests in store as a surprise pleasure for your eyes and ears! So, come on out on Thursday night, January 20 to the Star Bar to catch the King's English for some Hot Dutch R&B Action!
