why here I must beg to differ, The Good Life is classic Mod, Margo
with her Ossie Clarke(admittedely in his 70s period) wardrobe always
out for bit of conspicious consumption and Jerry in his loafers
striving ever higher up the career ladder to earn more wodge to spend
more etc etc. And shows their inherent classic Mod value system as
opposed to those hippy bastards next door happy so shovel pig shite
all day long!
